What happened to all that stuff on Tomorrow's World when I was a kid?
Where are the 'personal jet pacs', the teleportation devices and the speedy methods of travel that would make meeting those a fair few miles away so much easier!

I've said loads of times before that most of the people I chat to even just socially let alone with playing in mind are bloody miles away.
One of the main reasons I'm looking forward to the Kent social as there's a few coming from far and wide like you. Debs, ruby etc ( plenty more but cba to list all of them) that I'm looking forward to meeting finally! |

Star Trek's teleportation is a must have, but don't think it's on earth yet. There's a helicopter service a couple mins from me, so when I get desperate, I'm hiring. |

I wonder if that is why ASOS has withdrawn the radioactive belt - it was a really faulty jaunt belts. |

Yeah before I developed my teleportation chamber made from cereal boxes, toilet rolls AND GLITTER I used jetpacks to get from (A) to (B).
Now that I have cracked inter-dimensional travel with my wormhole type thingies (A) pretty much is (B).

But the Sinclair C5 solved all transportation problems. It was much more viable than modern electric cars. Why label something green without analysing how the electricity is produced or the "carbon footprint" of the manufacturing process? Bring on warp drive which is now theoretically possible. |

They were drip fed lies for years by nutty scientists and the R&D departments of various companies.
It's probably why the show is no longer on TV - we've all wised up to the fact that they were just talking utter bollocks! |
