Morning all. Wish I had karate (I do goju) what style do you do and whats the 6houds for? i have a grading in 3weeks, be about 4hours for that .
I'm still at work, looking forward to Chilled out day later, not back in until thurs and that's a day shift  |

Its our lad who does karate - black belt wado ryu. He's got a 6 hour 'fun' training day and maybe taking his 2nd Dan. Me, well I get tired just watching him lol xxx |

My daughter did that...got her first dan but exams got in the way of training so had to give it up...we traveled all over ,used to love watching them...she did kumite was international champ few yrs back...not bothered about watching thut katas but kumite is great....miss it |

Think its great for kids to do, teaches them discipline as well as obviously self defence and exercise. He does kickboxing as well, proper little ninja lol xxx |

Only part I'm not keen on is when he wants to practise on me, then again I've learnt a few things off him. It was ok when he was little but he's 14 now and taller then me!! |

Only just started but going for my 7th Kyu, beginning to feel like a martial artist. Wish I was able to have started when I was younger, took me a while to find the right style too. That's great they have got that far, do they have to do the 30 man kumite for heir Ni dan too? |

in our style you do, well it's one part of it. Thirty l different, all fresh and wanting totals your head off. Full contact . Been a few knock outs but most get through it. Ill witness it in person when doing my grading . Glad I'm not goin for mine just yet |

In sure the sunny countries are outside at it all the time. We're too busy deciding whether to bring a change of clothes and a brolly or if sun creams is in fact needed! |
