"Can't eat anything after 10pm....maybe some smooth pussy "
You don't literally eat the pussy though do you? I suppose pussy falls into the same 'food' category as bubble gum in that respect |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I don't eat anything after 10pm and try not to eat anything major after 8pm. I don't feel hungry then. I can't even guess how fat I'd be if I ate at night.
A big glass of water before bed keeps me feeling hydrated through the night and full.

Those would be my breakfast, lunch or dinner not a snack. A packet of Quavers is a snack. |

Frozen yoghurt - I'm addicted to Naked Moo at the moment.
It's not really about being sensible - I'd be thinner if that were the case. |

Do you wake up hungry in the morning?"
I do, and I get the shakes and feel sick if I don't have at least a piece of toast and a cuppa. I've been like that since my teens.
Only time I was ever off my food was each time I was pregnant and had all day morning sickness for the first trimesters. Or during chemo. |

So you are regulating your sugar levels as you need to. I don't get shaky until well into the day if I haven't eaten.
I'm surprised anyone can eat on chemo - it's a radical diet that Big C and chemo diet. |

Best thing about the big C diet was because my taste-buds were shot I could eat hotter and hotter curries. I made the most of it as I'm usually a korma coward. |

I started a thread earlier called Swing Think - it's a play on the spelling of philosophy and the sound of the word. |

"I don't know if it's this thread or watching Mr Nice but I am now getting the munchies. "
Keep some of those options hot chocolate drinks in your cupboard .... a sweet chocolatey treat but no guilty calories, I usually feel satisfied after one. |

I don't have hot drinks - let alone chocolate ones. I'll be fine: feeling the munchies and actually munching doesn't happen with me. |

So then. Lets get down to the facts:
It's is now way past midnight. So the. Excuse for snacking expired 30 minutes ago
The only food needed now is that for thought.
And the thought is ...a wee voice in your head telling you it's ok to eat because your 'peers' in here are doing the same.
The very same voice in your head that's reading this waffle right now!
Repent! Switch off your ipad. Get some sleep and save energy. Lighting. Eating and laptop power.
Sorted.
That its.
Now you can go
Gnite!
