what doesnt kill us makes us stronger, life has the up and downs. without the downs we wouldnt enjoy the ups as much. Of course a good life is subjective.
Lifes pretty good at moment, be even better once get this career off the ground  |

I used to say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger but then I lost my sis (closest I had to a real mum) an im sorry but it's really not true

AS people have said on here,life is what you make of it.I have had loads of knocks in my life.But I look at life this way.If you wake up in the morning,that is a bonus.The other way,if you are in the depth of despair(which I have been) I just think,something is going to happen either today or tomorrow,that will change my way of thinking,and up to now it has worked. Lets be honest,you are only 31 you have got your whole life in front of you,enjoy it.I would love to be your age again. |

Life does suck sometimes. But u gotta think that however sad u r then things will and can get better. It just takes time and u will get there again (hugs) |

But I find it hard to furnish my response with either sympathy of empathy without knowing what’s causing your dismay……

May sound like a cliche but there is always someone worse off than you what ever your going through. Some people richer some poorer, some people healthier some on their death bed and in pain. Some happier some sadder. Think of those worse off and maybe things don't always seem so bad ! |

R.E.M. again - hold on.
If you can sleep then there is hope. We naturally repair ourselves in our sleep. Cells renew and our brains have a chance to sort stuff out. The real bonus with waking up is that each day has the potential to be better than the one before.
