(that word looks a bit weird spelt out )

With the gorgeous bank holiday weather ....

Are you a new age gas grill gourmet, or a charcoal neanderthal ?

I love to use a proper charcoal grill, and keep it simple with good steak and baked potatoes

I have swapped to gas BBQ this year for the first time. The weather has been so unpredictable, by the time the coals were ready it had started raining!. Since buying it last weekend, we have had 4 BBQs already. The flavour is not lost either, which Im impressed with.

Burgers, steaks, sausages, chicken and prawns are my fav BBQ food... nom nom nom

It has to be charcoal for us the O/H swears by it and likes to put hickory on it for a better flavor.

3 portable charcoal BBQs, including a Weber Go Anywhere that I take on camping trips, plus a Weber 57cm One Touch Platinum sitting in the garden, plus a cheapo 2-burner Outback gas BBQ.

I guess one can say I like BBQs, and prefer to use charcoals.
