Say enough is enough and just punch his lights out? I work with a Spanish guy who is the biggest pain in the arse I have ever worked with. He has never been a team player, and is a loose cannon, and this can not happen in the job I do. I have let it go
Over my head for the last 3 years, but I just can't take it anymore. |

At what point do people stop listing the nationality/colour of someone with whom they have a gripe?
Hitting someone is never the answer, whether you work with them or not. So the answer is: at no point. |

I'm assuming that you aren't his boss so why isn't your boss doing something about it? Why have you been letting it go over your head instead of reporting it upwards? |
