This is the second time in a week i've posted on a thread and the topic vanishes!!
Excuse my ignorance as a relatively new forum poster, does this mean the topic is becoming heated and is pulled?

Yeah, usually if it can go no further it will be closed but if its really bad the just delete it altogether. X |

Quite possibly! If you look io the left you will no doubt have seen a "Your Posts" box with a green arrow. If you click on that you will see all the topics you have posted on but if thet aren`t in there then yes, they have been deleted! |

If the thread is deleted it is usually because it either breaks forum rules, some of the posts break site rules, or is encouraging people to post something that will break site rules.
Heated discussions are fine as long as people dont start getting personal or abusive
