It's impossible to answer the first question.
Some boob jobs look great, others look awful.
Some feel like rock hard balls, others feel great.
Some are done for vanity, others for reconstruction etc.
I've seen good and bad but the same goes for real boobs!! |

its not so much going bigger its i want more width on the side ... i have 290cc implants high profile ... my new ones will be 500cc moderate plus so will give me a more a natural looking width of bosom ..
Also I am transsexual so my first boob job is always likely to be the shittest one , with healing, firmness etc ..skin stretching .. xx |

Ah excellent. Yeah profile is important with falsies! Haha. Mine are 315 high but I've got a small ribcage so couldn't have wider profile. I just told the guy to get the biggest he could in there but I was very flat chested too so like you say they have to be careful with skin stretching etc. x |

I wouldn't want implants as im not bothered about them being any bigger, but after feed 3 kids they have gone south a little and id love uplifts to put them back where they should be  |

just had boob job done having to go back every week for 4 weeks to get them to right size, i had 32a and 32c so could really tell the difference and i wasnt happy really shy about my body but now they look great and i dont mind taking my top off  , going to be both 32 d or 32 dd. |

I've felt some awful ones, cold and hard feeling,
and some great ones, warm and lovely jubbly 
All I'd say, for my own two 'pennorth , is don't go too big |

Ive had 2!
The first one was done for vanity reasons and I wanted to be slightly bigger and where they were when I was 16. The 2nd one was done due to faulty PIP implants, while I was there I decided to go even bigger, the 2nd ones do feel firmer but I guess its because they are relatively new. |
