ive had 12 hours in a sweaty ridiculously hot work place and after a cool shower i just feel so fresh and clean.. |

I need new pillows. Mine are hotel standard at the moment 
I have 4 on my bed. Start off with two then fidget about in the night and have none then grab 3 then as I snooze I grab the other one then get a crock in my neck when I get up |

One thing I learnt from my recent hospital stays is to take my own pillow, it makes a hell of difference to quality of sleep.
And I've got four plumptious beauties all to myself so there's always a cool one. |

Did u know u can get a pillow with a water bottle middle? Fill it with cool water and it stays cool all night apparently!!!!!
Crisp cool cotton sheets r sooooo good though I agree, ironed and crease less, get in and then mess them up! Devine mmmm |
