Not keen on non Maccy burgers so I would choose chicken with shredded lettuce and Heinz mayo |

The last time i went to America i decided to only eat burgers from the classic family business road side diner type places rather than the chains and omg some of the burgers were orgasmic
was tempted to look into doing the same over here they were that good
wonder if weve got so used to processed crap from the chains that people might complain tht real burgers arent as nice |

Beef, my own recipe.
Don't bother with a bun as I normally have salads and other Bbqed items to go with it.
However, if it is to be eaten with a bun, then it needs to have mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onions and tomato. |

"What kind of chillies does everyone use for em? Think i'd love to try some scotch bonnet in burgers"
I normally use bird eye chillies and stick them in a blender thingy to chop them up really fine |

Not sure I get the whole burger deal, how about slapping some diced chicken / beef / pork (or any dead animal of choice) in a bun with appropriate salad and sauce instead? |
