My friend Rosi, who is a single mum, has a first class degree in maths from Cambridge, a PhD in theoretical computer science, a qualified osteopath, and will shortly become the first British female cagefighter to fight in the UFC after being one of the top fighters in her weight class for years. She is awesome, a true inspiration :D

My daughter had a hysterectomy a couple of weeks ago, I don't know if impressed is the right word but considering what she has been thro and the fact at 18 the reality of never having kids is now very real for her, i've been very proud of the way she has delt with things so far, tho I am well awear the real hearth ache is yet to come but no doubt we will deal with it when it happens

My brother....He was always a goofy kid and as we thought very immature...His daughter got sick at 15 months old it transpired she had a rare genetical disease...He nursed her for 6 months and still smiled and joked and laughed...He refused to be sad and even after they lost her his bravery and strength impressed everyone he never has one allowed himself to get down or mope.

michael douglas one of the few actors i like, thought he was brilliant in falling down.

roy chubby brown because he isnt afraid to say what he thinks.

my son because he is funny and makes me laugh a lot, and he is a lot like me in some ways so how could i not be impresed with that.

paul o grady i admire very much, he looks good, is talented, down to earth

and most of all he is kind to animals.
