Going by another 'water related' thread - apparently if you place yourself in a bowl of uncooked rice in the airing cupboard the rice absorbs all the excess water!!

Some foods and drinks can help, coffee and tea for example are diurethics, potatoes have a similar effect. Plus moving ie any form of exercise including walking.
Avoiding salty foods for a few days should help. |
