Time flies when you're.....

.... having fun. But I've also noticed that when you plan one of those days to do nothing all day, they seem to fly even faster!

I've been looking forward to today. I plan to do nothing all day for the full day - no friends over, no shopping, no cleaning, no going out...... and it is bliss. But it's a 3rd over already!

I thought time was meant to drag when you had nothing to do?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I know what you mean. I had nothing to do last Saturday and it flew by. I realised though that reading the forums makes time go fast.

I'm doing something very wrong in life.. ...how do you get a whole day where you do nothing?! I'm happy if I get half an hour.

I've noticed that time flys by when you're in the forum or in a chat room

You think you have loads of time in the day to chat and in no time at all its nearly tea time

Time simply flies by when you have thrown your clock out of the window

Had so much planned today, now not doing what we had planned

Planned to get up early, trouble is we didn't get to bed until 7am this morning.

Was going to wash motorhome, get it ready for a drive & then spend the night in it.

Still in the waking up stage & wondering if we have can be bothered to do anything

Time flies by when you're the driver of a train.
