It's my (ahem) Birthday tomorrow and I would like to go into Matlock for a nice meal, never been so I'm looking for recommendations please people

Either Matlock or Matlock Bath. .....Indian, Italian etc, not fussed about English or Chinese. Thanks in advance. ...Paul

In Matlock Bath there's a lovely Italian, it's not far down from the car park & it's through a little alley and is built into the rock with a little grotto. Always had a nice meal there & lots of character.

Hope you have a lovely time and a happy birthday xx
