It's my (ahem) Birthday tomorrow and I would like to go into Matlock for a nice meal, never been so I'm looking for recommendations please people 
Either Matlock or Matlock Bath. .....Indian, Italian etc, not fussed about English or Chinese. Thanks in advance. ...Paul |

In Matlock Bath there's a lovely Italian, it's not far down from the car park & it's through a little alley and is built into the rock with a little grotto. Always had a nice meal there & lots of character.
