See this !! Just watching the trailer has given me goose bumps and looks like Zack Snyder and Chris Nolan have done an absolutely EPIC job of rebooting my favourite superhero !!
OMG i so cant wait for this and out 2 days after my birthday

Im so reticent to get excited for this - I saw 'Suckerpunch' and it was exactly that.
The trailers haven't gripped me - it seems to be a series of 'cool shots' and 'one-liners' but without any sort of indication as to plot, narrative, or arc.
After 'The Dark Knight Rises', Im wary of Nolan Superhero films - 22 minutes of Batman action in a 2 1/2 hour film about Batman!
Plus Im still scarred from Star Trek - Into Darkness....

Michael Shannon as Zod I am looking forward to - If you've seen his work in 'Boardwalk Empire' it should make for an interesting take on the character.
Overall, I'm hoping its good. In fact I'm hoping its great. Because if its not, then its the end for any chances of a live action Justice League film.
I just know why DC can't get it right with their live action films - I mean we are all still suffering from the open wound that was 'Green Lantern'! |

Yeh agree Green Lantern was awful lol, having watched the trailer a few times i think they have got it right and it looks EPIC !! Personally im really excited as always been a Superman fan

Try as I might, I just can't get excited about this film. Same as with the Spiderman series, there is only so much you can do with the same stories.
At least with Batman they changed the story lines about, the premise was still the same, avenging the deaths of his parents, but other stuff was built in, making them better. Ok, Dark Knight Rises was pretty dire, but the others weren't too bad.
I desperately want Justice League to work, but if they continue with the current format, it isn't going to.
