Do i have hayfever ??

Ok so pretty much every morning i wake up a bit bunged up and then havea few sneezes ??

We mostly sleep with the window open so have airflow, just wondered if thats a form of hayfever ?? Or an aleergy to something ? Thinking of getting an Ioniser

Sounds like it could well be.

I had a right session last Monday & Tuesday doing night shifts. On Tuesday was a track inspection run from Liverpool St. to Clacton and there was that distinctive cabbage-like wiff of oilseed rape in the air.

If its just in the morning and not at anyother time, I think it unlikely to be hayfever.

Could be, nip to the chemist and get some anti- histemene tablets and see if they help.

As for rapeseed - it's my nemesis!! Lol.

But since moving to Scotland I've not been as bad as when I was in London though so my advice is - if it's hayfever, get yourself moved up here

Yeh its usually in the morning to be honest ? Maybe not enough airflow ?

Could be sinus problems, I have that and hayfever oh joy

Yeh could be lol to be fair it doesnt really bother me that much as quickly seems to clear just oddthat its always when i first get up ??
