I have been in my new post for a bit over a month now. For the last 20 years I have worked more 1 to 1 but now in a group.
Tomorrow I get assesed as to how I work. I am shit scared being the new girl in a world of legalities I will learn over time. Everything I say and how I say it will be assesed and critqued.
I am damn nervous. Still worried I will stick out like a sore thumb and easy picking for the vultures.
Tips please.....?

Just relax. Use your experience, in all walks of life, and your knowledge of your work and it will be fine. Don't try and be something you are not as that will come across in the assessment.

Outfit now sorted to start me feeling right. So smart casual trousers in stone shade. Bright orange tshirt. Suit jacket withbrown pinstripes. Flat comfy shoes with touch of orange around edge and brown necklace.
So bright but comfy and smart.
Am going to remind myself I am new to the job after training. My basis has always been the same. So need to rely on my connection with the people I work with and my team I work with who is currently feeling as sick asI am. Just do my best. Do I introduce myself to them or should I just smile to acnowledge them and carry on with my task at hand to my brief. I am thinking the latter as dont want any disruption.
Will also remind myself at the end of tomorrow Ihave some naughty sexy fun to look forward too soon. Take my mind off things lol  |

You should be told if you should introduce yourself. If others are present you need to tell them that you are being observed, not them!
I would acknowledge they are there and then ignore them.
Your outfit sounds great. |

I it will all go ok _ruit, in my line of work we are assessed monthly and briefed once a week.... Lots of legality to keep on top on!!!
Just be yourself and try and relax!

Yesterday I had my boss and company owner with me. I got to the first meeting an hour early and I was rather nervous, which isn't like me.
BUT it all turned out just fine. It reminded me why I joined the company in the first place. All round good eggs
Good luck and even if you are nervous try and front it out would be my advice  think how lucky they are to have you  |

Outfit about to go on. Pray the little people do what they are supposed to and it all goes ok. It only takes one little thing to kick off to set a chain of chaos lol.

Assesment done. The little people did what they needed to do and no one threw a wobbly. Assessors gave us feedback and there was no criticism. They gave us one suggestion which was good as we often do that but not today.
This afternoon was training and all went fine.
Still out shopping tomorrow tho lol.
