I retired from the military after 27 years and spent a little while enjoying doing nothing while the pension rolled in, but got bored lol ... Now on an other career with my business, will probably give it 5 or 6 years then retire properly and do some travelling ...

Footy players retire in their thirties is frankly pathetic. They play what a max of 2 games a week and fucking mian they are tired. Give me a break jeeze.

I am self employed. I lost my wife last year. My plan is not to retire at all but to keep working but to use the free time i decide to give myself and the money i earn to do things i want to do. I prefer that to the idea of sitting around with nothing to do and not enough money to do it with.

Its not about being tired, Im sure they can all do 90 minutes. Your physical condition obviously declines when you reach that age, and if you cant keep up with the speed of the game why would your manager play you?

Footballers retire not because they are tired , but the injuries they suffer during their playing days take there toll, and these days sky snaps them up not like the good old days when most went on to run pubs
