This one may live long and prosper, or it may get killed quickly by negativity. Negativity will come along sooner or later. Only positive thoughts please. If you have any negative comments about the thread, me, or anybody else, keep them to youself or spread them elsewhere.
Its a nice day today, a bit windy but the sun is shining and it is reasonably warm. |

I just tried something, you can try it too
breath in , breath out , walk 2 paces repeat the breathing
then think!
mmm some people cant do that!
I am alive and able bodied so yes its a very good day |

Today has been the most astonishingly superb day of my entire life. I find that I am now in tune with myself, my body, my mind and cannot for the life of me understand why I have not realised this sooner. Happiness and good feelings to all!! Peace and Love to all Fabsters!  |

Yeah and I feel a bit sick as I've ate a bag full of sarsaparilla tablets. So it's really not that good.

I find Sarsaparilla tablets lose their potency quicker than Aniseed Balls so I consider them to be vastly inferior…..

After months of back ache I was able to walk to the station in the sun light, heralded on my way with bird song, pain free. The breeze gently caressed my toffee coloured cheeks as I avoided the pile of fox shit along the pavement.
My train arrived on time, the Polish lady with the crying baby wasn't in my carriage today, in fact I didn't think about obtaining an AK47 once during my commute.
No negativity here...all is rosy and fluffy wuffy in my world!
