From Site feedback:

Site has been offline for around 1hr 15 minutes.

We think the problem is resolved but we continue to monitor. We'll be adding time to make good for all site supporters once everything is stable, and we'll update again at that point

I blame the North Koreans. They have recognised this site as a hotbed of Imperialist decadence and as such have punished us for our wanton ways in a vain attempt to guide us towards embracing the one true ruler!!!
