"Anyone know how to turn the vibrate function off on a Galaxy S3 mini?"
Yws I have the same phone if you goto the bae at the very top of your fone where the time etc is drag it down and you get a bar where you can turn it off |

Got to settings, then sound, scroll down to ringtone and notification, uncheck the box that says vibrate when ringing.
