Is it just me or is moving house the most god awful stressful thing ever!!
We are moving on friday and I am not feeling organised in the slightest.
I think its because the house is a tip, messy environment equals messy mind! |

It certainly is. Few years back I had this, a divorce and a terminally ill parent to contend with. My stress levels were at their highest that year.
But house moving whilst it's a pain is great when you get sorted, so chin up and best foot forward. Oh and you get take away like fish n chips for tea because you can't find anything to cook with as it's all in boxes |

I'm starting to think moving house is a bit like marmite...love it or hate it.
I hate it with a passion but Paul seems to be enjoying the whole process |

Thank you!!
We already have the keys for the new house and are in the process of decorating it so all those things have already gone over there
Means I have space in the car for all the things I don't trust the removals men with |

We have lived in our current house for over ten years , prior to that we had thirteen houses in sixteen years as we were working in agriculture each job move meant moving to a another house that came with the job.
Towards the end relatives would be away, ill or hiding if we were moving and our last move was just us and the kids moving us back from Pembrokeshire to Hampshire.
Needless to say we HATE moving . |

"I've moved 16 times in the last 24 years... got it down to a T now. The secret is not to accumulate shit!"
I've moved 9 times in last 6 years and agree with that |
