Gals read a message, save it for 5-6 days without a reply, then just delete it?
I would rather it was deleted right away if i'm not her type. That way you know where you stand, if that makes sense? Or are they just teasing us single guys? |

if a message is forgettable, it will generally be forgotten
same applies to its sender
a process along the lines of :
read, forget, delete days later
that's a general comment btw and not meant to be in any way personal |

I might open a message and have every intention of replying, then real life gets in the way or think I can answer later etc...then the message falls off the screen and have to delete or reply to others before getting back ones you haven't answered.
So nope not a tease on my behalf. |

I don't mean any offense, but simply because....they can. They know they can afford to do that, and so, many do. |

" As someone said, if its forgettable or hasnt included pic request, then I delete but I will always say no thank you, unless its particularly rude or offensive. Luckily I dont get too many of those. Dont get too many messages actually |

Sometimes I will read a message on my phone and not reply/delete straight away as I may want to look at the profile/pics on a bigger screen when I get home.
Also if you've had a lot of messages it can fall off the page and doesn't come back until you empty the first page, so could have fallen into that no-mans-land until a bulk delete is done as you can't navigate to the second page of messages |

I only open a message if I intend to reply to it straight away, if it isn't from someone I want to get into a conversation with right at that minute I usually leave it til I have the time.
Occasionally it is a message that needs both of us to make a decision I will leave it til Dave has had a chance to see it, but that is pretty rare.
