I am as blind as a bat when it comes to reading without my glasses so I take them everywhere and will put them on if I need to. I have noticed a few times that people won't take theirs out with them much less wear them but will quite happily wear mine if needed. Doesn't bother me in the least, it is funny seeing my glasses on a bloke though. Just wondered if there was any reason for leaving them at home. |

Main reason for leaving them at home is vanity. For a lot of people who have never had to wear glasses it can be very difficult to adjust to needing them for reading when they become presbyopic.
I've worn specs since I was a child and love em. Good thing I work in an opticians and get huge staff discount lol
