as i have a new job next week (all beit temporary for now) i am going to buy myelf some smart new stationary to make sure i look all professional

i love new stationary, especially new pens. i have a few nice fountain pens but sadly i cant take these in to my place of work as its highly secure

You can't beat a nice bit of new stationery. I'm not allowed to look in the stationery catalogue as I'd blow the whole budget.

A new notepad is essential.

I tend not to buy new but to take my trusted stationery with me, some of which had been with me for over 30 years, like my Pental 0.5mm mechanical pencil.

Plus a favourite mug, and a couple of paperweights that have sentimental values.

I like to have familiarity when I start a new job.

I have dozens and dozens of pens.....I emptied my handbag the other day and had 8 in my bag...which is bonkers,
