Me too, I was wrong once though, I had thought I was wrong about something, but turned out I was right all along

Everyone is entitled to HOLD a view, but,d depending on the view, they are not always entitled to VOICE it! That's where people often get it wrong.

Everyone thinks their opinion and view is correct, you can't please everyone. It makes for good debates though so not seeing a problem.

For example, my friend likes marmite, I hate the stuff.....which one of use had the "right" view/opinion? Both/neither

Opinions are like bum holes, everyone has one xx

No but you do seem a bit rattled / annoyed.

Maybe read the summary on the top of the forum rules and take a step back for a bit...as most people will have an opinion on things, thats the nature of a forum.
