A friend of mine did the Keswick to Barrow yesterday (40 mile walk/run) and is doing the Fred Whitton Cycling Challenge today (112 miles including Kirkstone, Honister, Newlands, Whinlatter, Hardknott and Rhynose Passes)...Well done for all the money he raises for his charity, but guess a shag's out of the question for the next day or two!!!  |
