Pocket money did you used to get as a kid...
Up until the age of 12 I think I got £5 per week. Then from 12 upwards I got £20 per week but always managed to con an extra tenner of my dad and then my granddad used to come visit over the weekend and used to give us £20... |

Didn't get much as we didn't have much money. So at 12 years old I got a paper route to earn my own money. Been working one job or another ever since then. |

About 50p if I remember right - that was when a 5p mix bag gave you a sugar rush for a week! Once I got to 12 or 13 I got evening and Sunday paper rounds and a Saturday job in a shop so was quite a wealthy kid |

Never really got pocket money as such but if i was going anywhere my mum would give me money.
I got a paper round and used to baby sit from about 13 so had my own money,my mum stopped giving me any.
And at 14 got a weekend job n still baby sat for neighbours n family so used to earn about £80 of my own. |
