The dreaded words the morning after!!
I am ill and awaiting the fear to kick in and i ain't looking forward to it.
Going to make an effort to go the whole of January teetotal and give my liver a break.

I can't imagine being teetotal. When i am out i always seem to get paraletic and don't know when to stop.
Don't think i have ever walked out of a pub sober.

I rarely drink and i know those who have seen me at socials wont believe me but its true. I drink at parties and sometimes if im out and i fancy one. I was a heavy drinker all my life and about 5 years ago just cut right down, i didnt consciously cut down because i was diabetic my body just reacted against it and i didnt want it |
