I can't eat real food, except maybe a slice of toast, before mid day, but I'd eat a fry up around midday if someone else was cooking it.

Cheerios - or at least the healthy own-brand varieties.
The choice is already made, it's quick to prepare/eat and quite good for you.
It all ends up as shit 12 hours later anyway, so why go terribly elaborate with it? |
