how often do you buy a bunch of flowers for yourself or be lucky enough to have a partner buy them for you,me and mark have been together for 11 years, lived with each other for 9 years and in those 9 years theres only 1 week he hasn't bought me a bunch of flowers, and that's because he was in hospital |

I treat myself quite regularly as I love flowers in the house but I think ive only been bought them by a guy 3 times in my life
18 red roses delivered to work for my 18th birthday by my then boyfriend
A huge bunch from my ex husband for our 1st anniversary - the only time in 16 years I might add!!!
And a bunch of supermarket red roses at Christmas from a very special guy and for various reasons they were more appreciated than either of the above!! |

I love cut fresh flowers and often buy them for myself, but not the ones that are dipped in dye to make them unusal colours.
Don't get bought flowers very often at all in the past nor the present, so it has been known that if i do, i take photo's of them as i never know when it will happen again |

My husband used to bring me flowers every week. For our anniversary he'd buy a red rose for every year of marriage plus a pink or white rose for each of our daughters.
When our son died I'd never seen so many cut flowers in my life: and it put me off them, til six years ago. A friend sent me flowers every week. He died last October, miss him terribly, but realise I had begun to take his flowers for granted. |

" flowers as long as they are yellow are great.
Dandelions or Daffodils, you decide, the choice is yours "
i have a trail of dandelion heads at the back of my flat. My nieces new favourite game is to pick them then stand o my step and throw them |

Prefer them growing in my garden.
Don't buy them. But then I usually have scented candles lit. Which I buy myself.
Been a few years since I've had flowers bought for me. |

What's up with Buttercups?
I have some useful information one of your departments may like.
If your chin takes on a yellow glow when holding a buttercup under it, it means you actually like butter. How cool is that |
