Oh my god, my head spun hahahaaha
I am so chuffed at managing 9,200 at present. So close to 10,000
Need to very comfortably manage at least 20,000 in a day to be able to go back to work. No pressure |

"I don't have any way of counting my steps "
iPhone's do it for you, or if you're on android you can download an app. ...or I'd you still have the Nokia 3310 then you gotta go with Joe's advice!
I don't do steps, but do count MEPS (heart-rate monitor thing). I'll see if there's a way of converting them into steps. Then I'm in!! |

"I don't have any way of counting my steps
There's the good ol' fashioned way of counting them in your head?
I'd put money on me getting to maybe 25, get distracted, and lose count! 🫠"
I mean I can do an estimate ...at least 30k today with the amount of cups of tea!

This is a good challenge because almost everyone can take part.
Is there a way to convert distance rolled in a wheelchair to steps? The arm power needed must be more than equivalent to steps taken |

I did over 40k 41,223 to be exact.
10k walk with dogs in morning
Work where I walked from client to client well at least parking to client in some cases.
Then a 10 mile run with dog in evening.
Hope those steps can help you. |
