Since I stopped deleting these about 2 months ago I have built up a store of over 150!! Now, given that I've been on this site approximately 18 months that could, potentially mean I have received more than a thousand random friend requests.
How popular am I? LOL |

I think I'm right in saying that if you don't delete them, it prevents the unsuccessful RFR sender from repeating their persistent request time and time again….
But I might be wrong ,,,, |

If I had a pound for every random friend request I get I would have...
Well let's just say it would be around the £7.50 mark.
I also keep them so they don't bother me again. Sometimes I do the 'add them when they go offline' if they have lots of private pictures.
But since I got Platinum Membership I can look at anyone's private pictures at any time so no need now. |

Yeah it's part of Platinum Membership. You can send nonchalant friend requests so as not to lose face if rejected. |

Always do the pic perv thing if they've got any private pics.
I think some people like to collect friends on here like it's facetube, my friends list only comprises of people that I either talk to or meet on a regular(ish) basis. |

That's the point! I read on here that they can't send another one if you just leave it sat there, so that is what I have been doing. Which could, potentially, mean I have received over a thousand in my time here - as I said. Never realised! I guess occasionally they get lucky and someone accepts, but, wow, that's a hell of a lot and I don't think I am in anyway unusual in what I receive! |

I don't think I am - it was tongue-in-cheek. But I reckon there are a lot of folks out there sending tons and tons of them! |

That's who I have on mine - it's a pretty short list. I'm not on here to collect a huge list of friends - can't see the point. |

What I would like to know is, most couples on here state on their profile, 'no friend requests unless we have already been speaking to you' But I find most of my random requests come from couples!
Any ideas why?? |

I actually state in my profile that I do not accept friends' requests until I have met the person - it has reduced but not completely eradicated the number of random requests - I guess some people do, others do not read profiles. |

Did you actually sit and count them? I can't be bothered sitting deleting them either, though I can't see any option to say how many are there. If I can't be bothered deleting. I ain't counting them.
I have a very short friends list as I have not been here long and I will not accept random friends requests. |

There's alsorts of behaviour patterns on this website I don't get
Demanding face pics when they dont have them, sending winks and then don't reply to message you send them, random friend requests, the list goes on |

I got up to about 50 and was only a third of the way down the page so I guessed it would be around 150 - so, no, I didn't count them all. |

To clarify, do you mean you can see friend only pictures or private pictures? As they are different things. As in, my face picture is in private to send in messages, but smutty photos are friends only. |

"I get friend requests from women which I accept then they don't bother talking "
Yes, that's happening to me but with women and couples too. I guess they just want to peep at the private pics, which is fine as I can peep at theirs. |

Do as I say not as I do...lots seem to have this attitude!
As for the OP - think they can't request again in 30 days, not sure if it drops off the requests after that date though? I often accept when they're offline and have a nosey - after all that's why they have requested me in the first place! |

I think more and more people are just leaving the friend requests there. Some get confused and think it is Facebook! It does stop them re-sending messages, mine have gone down significantly.
I only befriend those I want to meet eventually x |

You're quite right and I've only just discovered this. Handy as one man has sent me five in the last five days although I said NO five times too so he's joined my exclusive 'B' list lol |

I never delete friend requests or winks! So I must have quite a lot built up lol (only because I never look at them) Though one night when I am bored, I might just go and have sneaky look at the private pics |

If you don't delete them though, and don't actually accept, just leave them, then they can't send you another! I found I was getting repeated requests from the same people. So I just ignore them now. |

I love them, as says in my profile, I accept and perv whilst they are offline and delete them again If I know they are not for me (live miles away, married etc) then once I've perved (If I actually bother too) then I will block them (then they cant re-request)
I figure any random requests are simply to see my private pics, so I do unto them, that they attempted to do to me |

Since it appears that the old wait until they are offline and have a perv at their pics routine is pretty common, I pose a new question.
Once you've had a little perv at their pics, how often do you think, actually if they'd sent a message I'd have replied. And if you do, have you ever gone as far as accepting the request or sending a message or a wink to try an initiate a conversation? |

I never perv over the pics. I never accept unsolicited friend requests no matter what. If they message me, and we get in to conversation, they send a face pic, I send one back and it all looks possible that we will meet - then, and only then, will I consider accepting a friend request. |

Sorry, that wasn't directed solely at the OP, I was looking for the opinions of everyone who's posted.
I'm firmly in the camp of waiting then having a perv and occasionally I've actually been quite interested. Once or twice I've even sent a message to try and get a conversation going. |

Honestly I rarely actually look at their pics so no I wouldn't initiate conversation, if they cant be arsed to contact me and get my attention mentally then I cant be arsed either.
I wouldn't walk into a club and just pounce on a stranger, (Or perv down their towel) stimulate my mind then maybe my body |

Hasn't been much of an issue so far as most tend to be more cock pics, but the odd one or two that I've thought 'go on then' I'll wink at...never had a reply though that I can remember! |
