Ours was rudely interrupted Saturday night at midnight by a few hundred little scrots who descended in a field about 1/2 mile away and proceeded with an illegal rave. The noise was horrendous.
I spent Sunday 7-2pm making sure the local coppers were there and doing everything they could. The state of some of these kids when they left was a disgrace. Snack heads. The police intervention was subtle. It was us locals that ended up barricading the site to stop any more of the kids going on and it was us that stopped the generator they were using. They were going from 12pm Saturday night till 2pm Sunday and apparently we got off light  |

Nope it took till about midday to get the police to actually stop anyone. Then they stopped every car and breatherlised the driver and searched for drugs. They found nothing. These events are highly organised and the kids no what to do and what to say. We asked a lot where they had come from. They were travelling up to 3 hours to get to near us. So god knows how many high drivers were on lincs roads over the weekend. |

I enjoyed the most pleasurable of bank holiday weekends I can remember with my fb..A mixture of indulgencies we all enjoy in life...
I did have meet planned for tonight that fell through... However, the joys of the weekend itself more than cancelled out the intial disappointment of tonight  |

I'm pretty sunburnt so yes there was. But at least you don't look like a complete muppet like I do ! |

Yes ours went to plan!!
Went to a lovely village pub today for drinks and lunch! It was perfick!!
Bet you can't guess where we went lol!!
Then went to another pub this evening and sat out in the evening sunshine with our drinks!!  |

"I have been working 12 to 16 hrs a day for as long as i can remember. Finally all the fuses blew and i slept most of the weekend. I didnt plan that. "

i find it calming on my mind as i often think my life is as bad as things could get , then when you read how others lives are , it makes me think , errr well actually i am ok , love these type of forums xxxxx |
