I have been taking down the Xmas decs today with my daughter, we have played music throughout and have listend to everything from Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, to 50s/60s stuff,Build Me Up Buttercup, Runnaway -Del Shannon etc, to 70s/80s/90s, every Bond Theme there has been, Kid Rock, Limp Bizkit, WWE themes, Movie themes, The Corrs, Savage Garden, Avril Lavine, Queen, Elivs, The Monkees, Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Shaggy,Flo Rider and more what a great afternoon...

Taking ours down tomorrow too although Siren's been removing bits and pieces over the last few days. I've had to point out which are Xmas decs and which are our day-to-day stuff just in case I come home and find the settee gone!  |

Took our tree down on New Years Eve - before it got demolished in our party ?
Next year - no tree, just some big gold light up cones and a garland for the fireplace.
We listened to all sorts, made a new years playlist containing everything from the Rat Pack to Cheryl Cole - even Lonnie Donnigan singing My Old Man's a Dustman Belter |
