Hi everyone,
I'm just wondering if anybody has been a cruise recently and if so, what the protocol is for people who are like minded having a little fun?
You see things on Facebook like people putting upside pineapple stickers on their doors, but it surely can't be THAT obvious.....can it?
Wondering if it would be best to have a discreet word with an onboard bartender or the person who's assigned to you amongst others to point you in the right direction?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. |

I’m not long back from a Marella cruise to Barbados. There was no pineapples on doors or any other signs of swinging activity. you’ll also find that Fab and any other such sites are blocked on ships internet (according to a previous post.) The average age onboard was 70 plus.
It’s great relaxing holiday, but if you’re looking for fun think you’ll be very disappointed unless you pre arrange with like minded people. |

Not just Marella cruises, but every cruise I've been on, it's just been luck rather than by any form of signage. If you scrub up reasonably well, someone is likely to take notice of you, how far you push the boundaries depends on how well you get to know them, and as the conversation gets more relaxed. |
