I think it's human nature to want to say nice things about people. I do think some people get a little carried away sometimes; but that's quite nice when it's in your favour. I've stopped leaving them unless someone asks me to, and told people I meet not to bother unless they really feel they need to!

If a meet was bad I wouldn't leave one.

I did once leave a veri which I felt later was rather too positive considering the experience. I felt obliged to do so. Then thought that what I had written would mislead others so I blocked him to get rid of it. It was the only time I did give a veri which was not as honest as it could be - if that makes sense.

I'm always honest in my verifications, if I didn't like someone I just wouldn't verify they, if they was nice but just not for me I will give a basic 'met this guy for a drink' type verification

Positive verifications are great to read especially for the person they are being left for. I do find some of them though are a bit over the top when going into the exact details of what did or didn't happen. Surely some things should be left for another person to experience themselves. As one persons fantastic experience might not be the same for the next persons.

again we seem to be getting into the role of judging a verification based on someones proformance, which is dangerous territory.... and something that I absolutely disagree with...

verification for me is suppose to be that they were who they said they were, and they turned up when they were expected to... that the profile is genuine in that effect.... nothing more

if you were not compatible in anything beyond that... that is not their fault anymore than it is yours......

but heck... if that is the way that people will see it.. and to be honest it is no one elses business as to what happens on meets... then maybe people will start hiding them again

All they do for us really is identify if a person is Likely to turn upon as a couple a genuine we don't really pay to notice of what is in the verification it self. It always nice when you receive nice ones back from the meets you enjoy tho it would be rather gutting if you went for a meet thought it went well then come home to a poor verification. Not had one yet tho

All tho it would be rather pointless if the review was poor people are not Likely to display it so they are always going to be positive anyway which makes them nearly as pointless as those stupid club reviews.

We has one recently and it didn't go well and no swinging was involved either! We didn't leave a veri. I've since read all their other veris and can our exerience can read between the lines and it appears to be a common theme. I guess when I become more experienced with this ill be able to spot that before the meet lol

Following a few meets I haven't left a verification usually based on the person/persons profile not being consistent with the person in the flesh. Hence no play either..

I left an amazing veri once. It had everything in it- what I wore, what he wore, where he bought his shoes, what the weather was like, what I had for my lunch, how lovely the guy was, what we did, what I did when I got home.... But the knob left the site and my veri was gone.... Forever.....

I've known a couple of ladies who admitted giving a guy a good verification, but in the same breath admitted that it wasn't a particularly good experience and they wouldn't meet him again!
