Ok we couldn.t decide what to have for tea . Neither of wanted take out nor did we want to cook a proper meal. So we um and ared and decided on supernoodles . He had hot dogs with his and i had peanut butter with mine . So whats your CBA meal of choice . Do you go for something on toast of beans cold from the tin.  |

Does it count if you prepare really great food in advance and freeze it so, when you're having a CBA evening, you can just take something out of the freezer? |

I have my pasta special.
While pasta boiling away add diced onion and a veg stock cube with Italian seasoning. Add Sweetcorn and a few garden peas at the end.
Drain and return to pan adding olive oil spread and tomato purée. Add seasoning add Parmesan at the end. Nice simple meal |
