So here I am once again, waiting for a delivery.
We live on the third floor of an apartment building. The buzzer doesn't work, the landlord lives in Australia and the estate agency are useless. So, I'm sitting on the bed with the window wide open to hear the vehicles going by, jumping to look every time anything heavier than your average car drives past. Sigh.
How long would you wait? |

depends on the importance of the item being delivered. if its non urgent i wont waste a day hanging around, id just nip to the post office and collect it if ive missed the delivery
if its a large item normally company's give time slots. |

Oh, I've got the time slot, which is why I'm at home and not on the train.
As for having it delivered to a friend's house, there isn't really anyone locally we'd entrust it to! :P |

I was waiting for a delivery last thursday ...
Received an email saying the goods were loaded at 8:15 am, from a local depot, waited in all day, and they were eventually delivered at 7:55 pm  |
