Definitely around that. Having an "everything shower" usually takes 30/40 minutes. Then moisturising, putting product on and drying my hair, styling it, doing my make up, putting on lingerie and clothes etc. It's not a quick job.

I like 2-3 hrs by the time I’ve showered and washed and dried my hair then makeup and finally try different outfits on

An hour ish … but that’s usually because I will spend time doing anything to avoid getting ready. Hate putting make up on, hate the effort of getting ready.
