They've been discussed a few times here. I'd like to do it on the right man/men. I've read the kits can be tough, as they have to insert their cock into a tube and it can be awkward putting it into the right position. Sometimes holes can be made and the mix is a bit lumpy, affecting the look when it's complete |

Rubbish. You have to be able to do it without any part of your cock touch the sides of the tube.
Trying to stay hard the light the process isn’t the easiest. It’s not a particularly sexy activity unless logistical nightmares are a bit of a turn on for you. |

Not exactly, not from a kit but it worked, after a couple of failures.
Fast setting dental alginate, a suitable container, the kit tubes are way too narrow,skimping on materials won't work, a disposable long drink tumbler worked best. Be prepared for messiness and top tip, be fully and closely shaven and lightly lubed. The softer grades of silicon would probably be better too.
