a frozen turkey in the freezer. Not from last xmas but the xmas before. I might do a turkey roast next weekend. Wise or risky? 
Googke search seems to suggest is fine though yaste might be impaired. Its's a big bird and will be a shame to waste it |

It'll be fine. As kids we had a huge chest freezer. My dad was frequently digging stuff out of that thing! Good only knows how old everything stuck to the bottom was - he'd never have bothered to check  |
