I have great job satisfaction. I love meeting lots of people. See some lush places. Take people out to dinner. Work from home sometimes. And the bonuses when I hit target are good. |

My hardest and most satisfying job is being a dad as sadly my children's mum has passed away. My other businesses have grown from trying to do the best for my kids and I have to admit having good karma has meant that I absolutely love every aspect of my job especially hugs x |

I get a lot of satisfaction from my job. Sadly, given the nature of acquired brain injuries, the outcome isn't always good. But I'm happy to help people who need it as best as I can... |

And it is so lovely that you see raising your children as the most satisfying of all jobs! |

"Not talking about BJs - just curious who has got it and what makes the job so good.
Also interested to hear from those who are not happy in their line of work. "

I love my job. One minute I can be on the phone with a worried student's parent calling from china or someone from Hong kong asking about accommodation. The next minute it will be a student complaining about the resident above his studio having noisy sex every night
The bonus??? Some student parents ( mums ) are so hot and very naughty and always find some excuse to visit their kids
But I will leave all that in few weeks and move on something I always want to do |

Love the type of job, like most of the people I work with, enjoy meeting customers and giving honest advice.
Hate going in now as my boss is a nasty bully and curently going through internal grievance procedure (he's a director and the other directors are his parents).
Family have taken it personally and I think it'll end at a tribunal. |

Used to build kids playgrounds.
Turn up to a muddy field or demolition site.
Leave a brand new playground with kids playing and having fun.
Best and most satisfying job I ever had. |

Frustrated with mine but only because longterm sick is stretching my team in the extreme.
But I love the work, can't say what I do, but every day is different, I never know what to expect and make a genuine impact on people's lives. |

"Totally love it, particularly when a day pans out like today did, wouldn't change it for the world......until the next challenge comes along and we'll see." WHat made today different from other days?

" Sure, was not expecting anybody to say what they do but just what they felt was important about getting job satsifaction. It is tough when you are understaffed, especially when it is for more than a few days. |

The big smiles on the faces of the lead buyers of a very well known London store when they said.....'Mr Del Monte, he say yes'

I loved my job before I moved here. I worked in a well known chain resturant. It was not a fancy job but I got to meet new people and I had fun and I also made good money. |

Longterm sick of 6 months in a team of 6, at our busiest time of year with a near 10% increase in workload. Not been a great winter! The work is too specialised to get a temp in so other than knuckling down not a lot we can do.

Sharing my knowledge and experience with the others via training and coaching
Continuous improvement in the quality management systems
Reduction in risks
People that make the place a fun place to work
etc. etc...
Work is no longer top of list of my priorities, and there is life outside work. I learnt this the hard way.
