The person you are sleeping with is having an affair, no question, as they have a partner. 'she/he is having an affair with a married man/woman'. So I would say that both parties are having an 'affair'. |

If you're the singleton then you are considered the interloper. That's how I would see it. But I would also equally agree with the other aforementioned viewpoints. There is no single answer when discussing one's moral compass. |

The person who has come in to the established relationship is the affair. Equally, the person who has broken wedlock is having an affair. |
