Whats a good free software to use on a Samsung tablet for editing videos, preferably with something you can use to blur faces?

I don't know if it's available on your playstore, but in windows shotcut is free and what I use for editing and compressing videos. There's also lots of help for it on YouTube.

I use this on my laptop and it's great. Try capcut if you're using a tablet.

There are loads of tutorials on YouTube for either x

“Avidemux” for editing. Blurring faces is tedious with free software – you have to chop the video into scenes, “de-logo” the faces at each location on screen, then rejoin all of the bits.

If Avidemux fails to join vids, try “HD Video Converter Factory” by Wondersoft. It doesn’t do much else, and is user-hostile.

To compress videos (reduce the memory usage, not the duration), use “Free Video Compressor”.

CapCut is free and pretty good. I’m not sure if blurring is locked behind a paywall though
