everton sponser advert with a porn star

I think wires became a bit crossed here. The porn star made a video that included the branding of the betting firm that also happened to be Everton's shirt sponsor. The betting firm did NOT sanction the video and didn't know about it until after the now-deleted video was posted. Everton had absolutely nothing to do with the porn star at all but they got all shirty about the situation and suspended the shirt sponsor.
I agree betting firms (and alcohol and tobacco companies) should not be sponsors on sportswear. However, they could have been sponsored by Tesco and that logo could have been used in the porn star's social media clip.
There's nothing like the truth to get in the way of a good story though. |

Honestly stake got what they fucking deserved. They plastered their brand all over social media in a predatory way. I have no sympathy for them. |
