I now seperate the white from the yolk before frying as I have a theory that white food is shit in regards to flavour unless you add something to it.
So I have Baby Fried Eggs, you dont have to chase the white around the plate trying to get it on your fork now |

One of the Eggs.. did one of them flapping about farts in the frying pan and sprayed hot-fat all over my face and tits....
