So new labourer on the team is the proverbial chocolate teapot/fireguard and already heard grumbling from the senior team about heave hoo.

If it's a skills / experience thing, how about supporting him rather than writing him off?
If it's a lazy arse thing, how about speaking to him about site expectations rather than just letting it ride til he gets fired? |

I have my own Chippie apprentices to manage and mentor.
Labouring is manged by the logistics team and I've got to say it is a very cutthroat, hard work, high expectations, not a great wage and for years now labouring isn't the gateway into a skilled trade it once was. |

Excellent, I'm going for next Tuesday, think he'll be given the week to see how it goes, they'll delay the decision and cut on Monday.
