I can't speak for the woman but every time I've worn them I feel really smart and more confident. So not sure if it was the kilt or how it made me feel bit always get some interest when wearing them. |

A few years ago when my mum got remarried we got chatting to a guy wearing one in a pub in Peterhead, he hasn't worn trousers or shorts just kilts in over 40 year's.

I wore them all the time before I came out.
The guys wanted to know if I had anything on under it, the girls wants to know if I was cold.
I never got that. Like, you've never owned a thick skirt?
Couldn't wear it in any weather over 25c or I'd risk heat stroke.
Minus ten and driving snow? Toasty warm.
Can't wear them anymore. I tried, they were too masculine. |
