It’s time to add the pedal power to the engine power bike
Once a cyclist who has done LEJOG and London to Paris plus the London 100 and other big events I am now putting my fat ass back on the saddle for a 140 miler in July
So let’s share training goals, how they are going, training tips, maybe foods you eat whilst actually out training
Please remember we all start somewhere so no “shaming” of anyone’s efforts
